Welcome to ATA's "Tour Planner," a project initiated in 1989 and published as "group tour digest" by a collective of tour operators on a quest to streamline itineraries not just for popular tourist destinations, but also including the lesser-known gems of smaller towns and rural communities.

What began as a simple mission quickly transformed into a comprehensive guidebook, providing information to group-friendly places as well as off-the-beaten-path tourist destinations across the globe. Our last 632 page hard-copy catalogue was published in January of 2023, and is now available online, right here. Because of the volume of the information we are transferring online, it is possible that some of the pages are not responsive as of yet. But rest assured that our team is working tirelessly to streamline it all.

You might notice that there are no ads popping up on our site. We hope you find the refreshing, and since the American Tour Association is membership driven, we intend to keep it that way.
