Weather you need rooms for a large group of people, or just one room in a small bed and breakfast, look no further. As a member of the American Tour Association, we can assure you the lowest possible rates. Either we already have it on file, or in case you are interested in a non member hotel, we will negotiate the price for you. And since being associated with the American Tour Association means the potential of never again having empty rooms again, a truth many hotels and mom and pop places already know, we are able to negotiate rates that allow you to make additional profits.

Access to over 9000 one, two and three day itineraries
Often referred to as "add-ons" to existing ones, these itineraries, departing from virtually any major city in the world, guides the user to a world of hidden gems and undiscovered treasures. Each itinerary is a journey of exploration, where we delve into the heart and soul of these small communities. They take you off the beaten path, away from the tourist traps and into the heart of local culture, where you can witness the beauty of natural wonders and meet talented local artists. Out of the 9000 on file and re-vetted each year to assure continued accuracy, we only have a handful posted online. But as a member, you have three of those available for you free of charge per year. Each additional one you request would be $ 25.

Reservation Process

To make reservations in hotels listed in our itineraries or mentioned on our site, simply contact them directly and let them know that you are a member of the American Tour Association. They will ask you for your membership number. And once you give it to them, voila, the hotels will honor the rates we negotiated with them (rate info is available from us to our travel agency members upon request. Just let us know your requested location, hotel name, how many rooms, dates and your membership number, and we get back to you asap).
