Search by property name, city and state—or combine them. Hotels with exactly 100 rooms are included.
Nationwide coverage, with gaps: all 50 states are represented, but this is not yet a complete inventory of every qualifying property or city. Room counts are reported capacity, not available group rooms.
Coverage by state, sources and downloads
Inclusion requires a source reporting at least 100 rooms or licensed hotel/motel rental units. Vacation rentals, apartments, hostels and other lodging types are excluded. Each result identifies the source and its date; confirm capacity, operating status and group arrangements directly.
- Government records: Florida DBPR current, active hotel and motel licenses downloaded October 19, 2026; the count is licensed rental units. North Dakota HHS July 2026 lodging inventory supplies sleeping-room counts. Identifiable hotels and motels are included; ambiguous camps and other lodging are held for review.
- Owner reported: Apple Hospitality REIT property identities and its 2025 annual report, with room counts as of December 31, 2025.
- Tourism boards and hotel websites: additional capacities from Experience Sioux Falls’ 2025 planner guide, Vermont Vacation, Visit Cheyenne and individual hotel websites.
- Community reported: OpenStreetMap hotel/motel records with numeric room counts, using the September 21, 2026 snapshot. These have not all been independently confirmed. Suspect counts and records without an identified city are held for review.
Overlapping records are merged where names, addresses or locations identify the same property. Government records take precedence over owner data, then community data; disagreements are flagged. A licensed component may not represent an entire resort. Contact links may come from OpenStreetMap.
