A working town, not only an evening event

Allow time to see the shoreline and understand the town beyond its well-known fish fry. Ask before photographing people at work or around the market.

Plan the meal and return

Choose a vendor, check what is being cooked and agree the price. For a busy evening, arrange the return transport rather than assuming a vehicle will be immediately available.

Give the day room to unfold

Choose one main outing for each day and leave time for meals and the journey back. Confirm access, transport and any guided arrangements before setting out.
