Before you set out
Planning your Aruba visit
Pick the kind of base you want, then leave a few days open for a different side of the island.

Choose by location and atmosphere
Oranjestad, Eagle Beach, Palm Beach, Savaneta and the south offer different settings. A hotel near a beach may be across a road or a short walk away. Check the address, room category and access before booking.
Transport with a clear return
Ask about current bus routes, taxis, transfers or a suitable rental. Confirm vehicle restrictions with the rental company and the Conservation Foundation before planning a park visit. Arrange the return journey for evening outings.
A nature day needs preparation
Start with current park information. Choose a route for the weather and the whole party, take water and sun protection, and respect closures, wildlife and rock art. An exposed coast is not a swimming recommendation.
Towns are part of the holiday
Leave room for a museum, public-art walk or meal beyond the main hotel areas. Ask about opening days, local guides and current events. A beach afternoon and a cultural morning can both have proper time.
Bookings and groups
Confirm ages accepted, room combinations, meals, beach services, taxes and transport directly. Public listings do not establish ATA membership or guarantee group capacity. Current official entry requirements apply to your own passport and route.
