George Town on Great Exuma provides a useful orientation point. Great Exuma, Stocking Island and the more distant Exuma Cays involve different arrival and excursion arrangements.
Do not judge a boat day from the photograph
Confirm the departure island, route and time at sea before choosing an excursion. Weather and distance matter, and a famous cay may be far from your hotel. Wildlife encounters are never guaranteed.
Give the day room to unfold
Choose one main outing for each day and leave time for meals and the journey back. Confirm access, transport and any guided arrangements before setting out.
