City and memorial

The central streets and Brest Fortress are separate parts of a visit. Give the fortress time for its exhibitions and remembrance, rather than adding it as a hurried photo stop.

Use the museum’s current information

Exhibitions can have different opening days and arrangements. Ask the memorial about guided visits, language options and access before making a detailed plan.

Give the day room to unfold

Choose one main outing for each day and leave time for meals and the journey back. Confirm access, transport and any guided arrangements before setting out.
