Brijuni

An island visit with a boat, programme and pace of its own.

The archipelago offers a different chapter from Pula’s Roman streets. Most visitor plans require a specific boat and park arrangement, so choose the actual island experience and the time available before reserving.

Why it deserves time

Look beyond the photograph.

The island landscape contains different layers of natural and cultural history. A guided programme can help connect them, while time to look and walk makes the visit more than a quick sightseeing circuit.

Make a thoughtful visit

Plan around the place.

Check the official departure from Fažana, the ticket inclusions, language and return boat. Different tours and activities have different arrangements; do not assume a general boat crossing gives unrestricted access to every island or programme.

Access & practical needs.

Ask about boarding, walking, any tour vehicle and the route that suits your party. Weather and seasonal operation can change the practical visit. Follow park instructions and respect restricted areas.

Getting here & a useful base.

Pula is the linked base, with a separate road connection to Fažana before the boat. Include every leg of the journey and a margin for the return.

Stay and explore Pula →

Give the experience enough time.

Leave enough time for the island rather than placing the visit between two tight road transfers. The boat reservation should support the experience, not force a hurried circuit.
