Check separate entry formalities
Macau has its own entry arrangements. Confirm the rules for your passport and any onward travel to mainland China or Hong Kong, including the specific crossing and documents.
Plan by neighbourhood
This compact territory still needs transport between the peninsula, Taipa, Cotai and Coloane. Confirm the terminal, hotel entrance and return connection.
Make walking comfortable
Historic lanes, hills, heat and rain affect the day. Choose short loops and breaks, and ask about steps and accessible routes.
Book shows and special visits directly
Confirm current schedules, admission, age rules and cancellation terms with the venue. A resort visit does not require gambling.
Ask the hotel about the location
Confirm rooms, transfers, meals and the actual distance to your meeting point. Public contacts do not establish ATA membership or availability.
