Before you set out

Planning your Seychelles visit

A little planning leaves more time for the places you came to see. Choose a manageable route, confirm your transport and check current entry and local access requirements.

Confirm authorisation and arrival rules

Check official entry, travel-authorisation, accommodation and onward-ticket requirements for your passport before departing.

Give connections a buffer

Confirm the airport or jetty, ferry or domestic-flight schedule, luggage arrangements and hotel transfer. Sea conditions can affect boat journeys; leave time before international departure.

Choose the beach for the conditions

Exposed coasts, currents and seasonal winds vary. Follow current local advice and avoid assuming a scenic beach is safe for swimming.

Book nature visits thoughtfully

Ask about trail conditions, guides, fees and mobility. Leave wildlife, coral and plants untouched and use authorised routes.

Ask for the full accommodation price

Confirm room arrangements, meals, transfers, taxes and levies directly. Public business contacts do not establish ATA membership or a reservation.
