SEE HOW THE PLACES FIT TOGETHER

Find your way around.

Select a pin or place name to open its guide directly. Gold marks the first-time highlights, teal the places beyond the beaten path.

Orientation only: approximate positions, with leader lines separating nearby places. Boundary data: Natural Earth, public domain ↗. The island is shown as a geographic outline, without political or crossing information. Check official entry and crossing guidance separately; this is not a road map.

Build your own journey

Places to combine in one trip.

Western harbours & a quieter coast

Give Paphos time for mosaics and upper-town life, then move to Polis for a different coastal rhythm. Keep the mountain-village leg separate from a full archaeological day.

Town, crafts & the capital

Combine Larnaca with Lefkara and a proper Nicosia stay. Coastal walking, craft traditions and the capital’s collections give each stage a different purpose.

Sea air & mountain shade

Use Limassol for its old town and archaeology, then choose Omodos and Platres for wine-country streets and a mountain stay. Plan short drives, not a daily cross-island circuit.

These are route ideas, not packaged tours or confirmed transport schedules. Adjust the number of stops and nights to your pace; separate transfers need time of their own.

A FEW USEFUL ESSENTIALS

Before you travel.

Plan the final bus connection

Intercity buses and local services are different parts of the journey. Check the actual airport, hotel and mountain-village connections before choosing a base.

Intercity Buses →

Choose a walking season

Match exposed archaeology and coastal walks to the weather; mountain conditions differ from the beach towns.

Keep the island’s geography in mind

Entry and crossing arrangements need current official advice. The orientation map does not show crossing permissions or jurisdiction.

Book the experience, not just the room

A craft demonstration, winery visit or guided church visit may need direct arrangements even when the village itself is easy to reach.
