Guerrero travel guide
Guerrero includes Acapulco, Taxco and Zihuatanejo, but these are distinct destinations with different journeys between them. Our Acapulco and Taxco guides explain their coastal, architectural and silver-working heritage. Their inclusion is background information, not an assurance that travel is currently advisable.

Read your government’s current advice for Guerrero before booking or arranging transport. Check whether restrictions apply to the destination, roads and connecting states. A hotel accepting reservations or an attraction’s tourism page does not override that advice.
Plan the visit around your route
For destination research, Acapulco’s bay and Fuerte de San Diego tell a different story from Taxco’s Santa Prisca, hillside streets and silver workshops. The official links also introduce Zihuatanejo’s waterfront. Keep these areas separate in your planning and verify access and operating conditions directly if travel is appropriate for your circumstances.
